Privacy Policy

1. Controller

2. Data we process

• Account: email address, password (encrypted), sign-in times.
• Profile: name, role, experience, location, salary expectations, notice period, languages, education, LinkedIn profile.
• Assessment: written message, text transcript of the live call, AI scores. A voice sample (max. 25 seconds) is stored from the call; the rest of the recording is only held in your browser and discarded after cutting. Companies can listen to the sample anonymously.
• Companies: company name, website, contact persons, interview requests and touchpoints.

3. Purposes and legal bases

• Providing the platform and placement: contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
• AI assessment and publication in the talent directory: consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), revocable at any time.
• Evidence of touchpoints for the placement fee: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
• Retention of invoicing data: legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR, § 132 BAO).

4. No solely automated decisions

AI scores support decisions. Humans always decide on interviews and hiring (Art. 22 GDPR). You can request a human review of your assessment at any time.

5. Recipients

Companies only see your profile anonymously. Name and education are only released after you accept a request; email address and LinkedIn profile are never shared – communication runs through the platform and is logged as a touchpoint; the short voice sample can be heard anonymously. Blocked companies cannot see your profile. Processors: hosting and database (EU), AI model providers for conversation and scoring, email delivery. Data processing agreements are in place with all of them; transfers to third countries only take place on the basis of standard contractual clauses or an adequacy decision.

6. Retention

Profile and assessment data are deleted after 12 months of inactivity, or immediately when you delete your account or withdraw consent. Placement data is kept for the 12-month protection period and for statutory retention periods (7 years).

7. Cookies and storage

We only use technically necessary storage for sign-in and settings. No tracking, no advertising.
